Software for small and mid-sized businesses

MulIT Solutions is a software company in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. We move orders, work orders and stock out of notebooks and spreadsheets into apps, connect the tools you already use and maintain everything we ship.

We start with one process, the one that costs you most

First we visit you and spend up to two hours watching how the work really flows: who enters an order, where it gets copied again and where mistakes creep in. We talk to the people who do that work every day, not only to management.

You then get a short written report, free and with no obligation. If an app would not pay off for you, or a cheaper ready-made tool would do the job, we will tell you.

Once we start, we build that one process first. For a while you keep records both the old way and the new way, until you are sure the new app gives the same numbers.

What we do

Most clients start with one item on this list and add another later.

  • Going digital

Orders, work orders, stock, contracts and service calls move from notebooks and Excel into a web app built around the way you work.

  • AI and automation

An assistant that answers from your own documents, automatic reading of invoices and delivery notes, and reports that build themselves.

  • Web and mobile apps

Business web apps, customer portals, internal systems and iOS and Android apps, from the database to release on the App Store and Google Play.

  • Integrations

Your online shop, fiscal printer, accounting software, delivery service and card payments exchange data without anyone retyping it.

  • Maintenance and support

A monthly contract: monitoring, security updates, backups with tested restores, small changes and an agreed response time.

  • Consulting and IT audits

Before you spend money, we review what you have, assess the risks and write a specification you can take to other vendors for quotes too.

Ask your price list and get an answer with its source

The assistant reads your price lists, procedures, contracts and internal rules. Staff ask it questions in plain language, and every answer names the document and page it came from, so it is easy to check.

Law firms, clinics and companies with confidential contracts often cannot send documents to outside services. For them the model runs on our hardware or yours, so the documents stay in a controlled environment.

Before you sign anything, we will show you the assistant at work.

An online shop, till and accounting system that share data on their own

Plenty of companies already have good software. The trouble is that the programs do not talk to each other. An order comes in on the online shop, someone types it into the till, then again into the accounting program. Every retype is a chance for a mistake.

We connect them through their APIs, so the order goes where it needs to by itself. This is usually the quickest way to see a benefit for a fairly small investment.

After launch, we stay on to maintain it

With a monthly contract we watch that the system is up, install security updates and run backups that we regularly test by restoring them. The contract also includes a block of hours for small changes and a deadline for our response when something breaks.

We also take over software someone else built, if it has been left without support.

What you keep

With every delivery you get everything the system needs to keep running without us.

  • The source code, with its full change history
  • Access credentials for servers and services
  • Technical documentation
  • A short guide written for your staff, plus training

The contract states that the source code and documentation are yours once the work is paid for.
